How Do I Break-Up & Assemble Sets?
When a set is purchased from BeautiControl, it's added to inventory as a
set. This is done so that your numbers in Consultant Office match up to the numbers on your packing slips. Obviously, there are often times when these sets are broken up
and the products are sold individually.
To Break-Up a Set: Click on the
product number then the Breakup/Assemble Set" tab. Make sure "breakup"
is selected, and adjust the quantity of sets to break, then save.
To Assemble a Set: (Opposite of Break-Up) Click on the
product number then the Breakup/Assemble Set" tab. Make sure "assemble"
is selected, and adjust the quantity of sets to assemble, then save.
***You MUST have the products available
to break up or assemble a set. If you choose to break up 2 sets and
only show 1 on hand, you will get an error. The same if you try to
