How Do I Chance My Settings & Set Default Tax Rate?

One of the first steps in setting up your account is to check and adjust your default settings.  To do this, click your name in the upper right-hand corner of the page, and select My Settings.  (Click to view screenshot:  http://screencast.com/t/jhtyV9Vu)
