Alright, we know you're super excited to check out all the great new features, BUT before you do.....
Please take some time to go over your account to make sure everything looks correct. For awhile, you will be able to access your old account for reference. To do this, click your
name in the upper right-hand corner, then select "legacy app." Keep in mind that once migrated, there is no link between the old and new versions, so
do not enter new data or make changes to the old account.
***NOTE: OPEN INVOICES -- REGARDLESS IF THEY WERE PAID OR NOT -- WILL SHOW IN "DRAFT" STATUS IN THE NEW ACCOUNT. SIMPLY GO INTO THESE INVOICES AND CLICK SAVE IN THE UPPER RIGHT-HAND CORNER TO COMMIT THEM TO THE PROGRAM. IF A PAYMENT WAS MADE, IT WILL SHOW UP AFTER YOU SAVE.
We're confident you'll find everything in place, but in the rare case you don't, please report your findings to our helpdesk right away and be sure to provide specific examples. You should not attempt to correct things manually yourself without talking to us first.
